Following the integrated LLB after 12th and after LLB the application process for admission in LLM – the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) -2019 will start from Thursday. If you also wish to make a career in the field of law then you can apply for this exam.
This time CLAT will be organized by National Law University Orissa. The online applications beginning from January 10 will last till March 31. It is mandatory to send the offline application for the examination to the address given by 5th May, 5.00 pm.
No application will be accepted after that. The examination will be conducted across the country on May 12. After the difficulties and controversies faced by the online exams in the last few years, it has been decided that this year the examination will be held only offline.

To appear in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) examination, there should be at least 45 percent marks in class 12. This criterion for the reserved category is 40 percent marks. While for the LL.M. Examination, at least 55 percent marks in LLB is a must.
For the reserved category this criteria is 50 percent marks. With this examination, candidates will get the opportunity for admission in 21 law universities in the country.
