50 Seats of MBBS Increased in the State, Admission will be Granted on the Basis of UG NEET Entrance Examination Rank:

mbbs-ugc-exam50 seats of MBBS have increased for the promising Uttarakhand students. The admission to these seats will be granted only on the basis of UG NEET Entrance Examination Rank.

The admission to 150 MBBS seats will be allowed this year in the Himalayan Medical College Jolly Grant. Last year MCI reduced the seats in this college from 150 to 100. This year, again the number of seats has been increased by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

Dr Vijay Dhasmana, Vice Chancellor of Swami Ram Himalayan University of Himalayan Medical College informed that this will benefit the promising medical aspirants of the state. Please be informed that there are 150 seats in SGRR Medical College, 150 in State Doon Medical College, 100 in State Medical College, Srinagar and 100 MBBS seats in State Medical College Haldwani.
