JEE Mains 2018: Offline exam today, and online exam on 15th and 16th April

jeemainsThe Offline JEE MAINS Exam (Joint Entrance Exam) for the admission in engineering is going to be held today. 10 lakh students from all over the country are registered for it. CBSE has made strict arrangements to organize it successfully. The board has also taken lessons from the paper leak in the 12th board examination. The students at the centers will be allowed to go in only after the complete security examination. Hence, the Board has advised the students to arrive a little earlier. The result of the entrance examination will be declared by April 30.

Reach the examination centers before the examination time:

The intensive security arrangements have been made at the centers for JEE MAINS Examination. Students will be allowed inside the center only after strict inspection. For this reason, the students have been advised to reach the respective examination centers before examination time.

The first paper BE-B.Tech in the JEE MAINS will be conducted on Sunday. The examination centers will be opened for the entry of students at 7 am in the morning. Nobody will be allowed to enter after 9:30. The examinations starting from 9:30 will run till 12:30 pm.

Patients can take sugar tablets and water along.

The entrance to the center for the second paper B-Architecture-B planning will be opened at 12.45 noon. No one will be allowed the entry after 2 pm. The examination will begin at 2 pm noon and end at 5 pm in the evening. Students will have to come with the copy of compulsory documents along with the Hall Ticket (Admission Letter). The online examination of JEE MAINS will be conducted on April 15 and 16.

CBSE has also prepared full proof system for the Entrance Examination. The Headquarter officials will be specially monitoring the centers, so that incidents like 12th Examination paper leak do take place again. It is being said that the special instructions have been issued to the centers for the safety.

The Board has given some relief to the diabetic candidates. The students suffering from diabetic can take sugar tablet, apple, banana, orange, transparent water bottle at the student centers. Such candidates will not be able to take chocolate, candy, and sandwiches. Smoking and food items will be completely prohibited at the examination centers.
